Annual Meeting is a secret location

So glad to receive the notice of the Annual meeting on April 29th, 2010 and the voting proxy.
But they really don't want anyone to attend since the location is a secret and not disclosed in the letter.
Since Horst gets paid for every letter they send aren't you glad our monthly fee is going to pay for the next notice of where the meeting is??
We are really getting our money worth from Horst.!!!
Isn't is nice to have a management company that no one from our Board manages !!
